Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Not a small undertaking to assemble

Great Solid Panel Fresnel screen and a relatively good price. Does seem to make the colors especially pop a little more, and it looks good. But be warned, especially for the larger sizes, that assembly isn't easy.

The screen did not disappoint me, the picture quality was great, but what exceeded my expectations was their customer service. I had a minor issue with the screen, but it annoyed me enough to send them a message and email and got a response almost immediately. After a few messages back and forth, they agreed to send me a replacement screen. The quick response, communication, and scheduling far exceeded my expectations. If you're looking to buy a projector screen, choose Winways!

I purchased the 120 inch screen and it was delivered within 4 days.Upon opening the shipping box I was impressed with how the parts were packaged. Everything was easy to unpackage and layout and even with the size of the screen I purchased, I did not have any problems figuring out the layout.
