30-Day Refund Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Once the item is returned to Formovie’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund Process:
1. Contact service@formovies.com.au for a refund.
2. Formovie service will reply within one working day. After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as a refund address).
3. Return the goods.
4. After the goods are received, Formovie will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 3 working days.

Notes:
– Returns must include all accessories;
– Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
– Items must include original packaging;
– For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs;
– For warranty claims related to product quality, Formovie will refund the full cost of the product.
– If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
Refund requests for the 30-day return policy expire 30 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality-related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.

We can provide free installation services in the Sydney area.

Q: What is Formovie warranty policy?

A: We currently offer a 2-year on projector from the Formovie.com.au. For products bought from authorized resellers, please contact the relevant sales channels for further steps.

Q: How do I get my Laser TV/Projector repaired within warranty?

A: During the warranty period, Formovie is responsible for repair/replacement services. Please provide the following information to contact us (info@winways.com.au) for further inspection:
1) Purchase order number.
2) Specific problem description.
