      Returns Policy

      You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

      You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

      The screen did not disappoint me, the picture quality was great, but what exceeded my expectations was their customer service. I had a minor issue with the screen, but it annoyed me enough to send them a message and email and got a response almost immediately. After a few messages back and forth, they agreed to send me a replacement screen. The quick response, communication, and scheduling far exceeded my expectations. If you're looking to buy a projector screen, choose Winways!

      Right out of the box, the product feels high tech and high quality. The packaging is very well protected.
      The image quality is exquisite and clear, it feels like a movie.
      I am 100% satisfied with this item.
      Photos really don't reflect the true value of this 120-inch screen so I didn't put my photos.

      This screen has excellent light blocking and a sharp image, and the viewing angles are amazing. This particular screen is for use with UST (Ultra Short Throw) laser projectors.
      Your phone camera won't be able to capture the clarity and color, but trust me, the 4K image is so sharp that it will look great even if there's some light in the room. It really is as sharp as a 4K LED TV.

      The screen was well packaged.
      With this screen, watching TV during the day is also enjoyable, because the ambient light is suppressed, it is not completely black, but the effect is really good, the colors are saturated. Of course, the best time to watch is in the evening or at night, with a UST laser projector. The screen fits perfectly and I am very satisfied with this purchase. The image is very bright and the colors are saturated. The night sky starry scene will not disappoint.
