Here's how it works:

Step 1. Prepare Your Trade-In Information

Send your trade-in request to:  info@winways.com.au , subject line: Easter Trade-In - [Your Name] with the following details about your current projector:

• Your full name
• Contact phone number
• Shipping address
• Projector brand & model
• Purchase date
• Receipt (optional but helpful)
• Photos showing:
  • Front of the machine
  • Back of the machine
  • Serial number
• Short video (5-10 seconds) of the projector powering on and functioning

Step 2. We'll Evaluate Your Projector

Once we receive your email, our team will evaluate your projector based on the details provided and advise the estimate offer. There are three categories for ratings:
Grade A Projectors receive $500 in credits
Grade B Projectors receive $300 in credits
Grade C Projectors receive $100 in credits

Step 3. Ship Your Projector

Let us know if you accept our estimate offer, we'll provide shipping instructions. Simply send us your projector and email us the tracking number.

Step 4. Receive Your Credit

Once we confirm the projector condition matches its description, we'll issue your credit immediately!
